Michel Dubois

Short Biography

Education Institution   Liege University Belgium__Master degree in Metallurgy in 1977.

He has been working in Hot dip Galvanizing for 40years, initially with Phenix works now Arcelor and finally with John Cockerill, an equipment designer

He has been in charge all types of process and product improvement and expertise along his career. This includes for example Process and Metallurgical trainings, Process Expertise on and for new projects, technical audits of existing lines to improve quality and/or productivity.

He published many papers dealing with the various aspects of the HDG process, from pot management, pot hardware, snout cleaning, wiping, strip vibration… He also own many patents

He is now retired from John Cockerill but still working as a consultant
