Dear Authors,

As we have taken the decision to hold the GALVATECH 2021 100% virtually, we would like to ask you to record you presentation in advance and submit it via the besteventmanagement-website.


For organizational reasons and to ensure a smooth flow of the online presentations without internet connection problems, we would kindly ask you to send us a recording of your PowerPoint presentation with sound and comments until May, 20, 2021 latest.


The language for all oral presentations is English. All presentations have each 15 minutes (= maximum recording time) + 5 minutes life discussion (Q&A).

The format of the presentation slides should be 16:9 full HD.

Please note at first the following technical requirements to be able to record your presentation and then successfully participate in the event during the conference:

  • most current PowerPoint version
  • microphone and speakers or headset

After you have recorded the presentation as desired, please upload it on the besteventmanagement-page, 

under your corresponding ID/contribution and please save your presentation under the following file name: online_ID…[your ID]_name

Go to your contribution, link: 

Click on your contribution, scroll down to the editing area and click on “Submit Slides”.

Please submit only MP4 files (Howto)! 

During the event your submitted presentation will be shown and afterwards we would like to ask you to be available to the participants live via online conferencing for any questions.

You will receive all detailed instructions before the conference.

Of course we are at your disposal for any questions regarding the preparation and we are already looking forward to a successful event.

Using Zoom to Record a Presentation Video

The Zoom software gives you a choice: with and without video. To make it without video, you just turn off your camera.


There is no requirement for the presentation.

Dear POSTER presenters!

Thank you very much for your contribution to Galvatech 2021!

We are very happy to announce, that the GALVATECH 2021 – preliminary programme is now online.

Please search your name in the author/speaker-list (left side). 

At the top right-hand corner you will see the day, room and time of your presentation. If you click the session under this information you will be forwarded to the whole session block.


Please be aware, that papers will be part of the proceeding only if conference fee is paid before May 20, 2021.

There is no specific requested on the layout for ppt-slides like a Galvatech-Logo etc.

The poster authors have the opportunity for a presentation. Duration 5-10 minutes.

Recording your poster: 

You record your presentation with the meetyoo webcast tool.

In order to get an idea of ​​the functionality of the webcast tool in advance, you can have a quick look at the tutorial linked. 

In the next few days you get the right access for either the webcast tool where you can upload you mp4 file.
